Day 1: Ashgabat
After meeting with guide at the Ashgabat International Airport. The entire day is dedicated to a city tour in Ashgabat. The fascinating capital of Turkmenistan was appeared in 1881. It was founded in 1881 as a fortification named after the nearby village of Askhabad (Turkm. «favorite city»). It was completely rebuilt with amazing white marble buildings after the devastating earthquake that occurred in 1948. This day you will experience the mesmerizing sights as: Today Lenin’s square, Park of Independence (looking like a white-marble “Eiffel Tower” standing in a beautiful park), Arch of Neutrality. This day you will also explore Museum of Ethnography and Museum of Fine Arts. You will spend the night in the hotel.
Day 2: Ashgabat – Darwaza – Ashgabat
Today you will direct to ancient ruins of “Old Nisa” – ancient city of the Parthian state, under UNESCO protection. You will also explore "Gypjak” Mosque and Mausoleum of the late President of Turkmenistan. You will also experience the North of Turkmenistan, where you will get to the village named “Bahardok” and explore the life style of Turkmen inhabitants. In the afternoon you will departure to the Gas deposit – Darwaza a mysterious place in Turkmenistan. "The door to hell", "the gates of Hell". The diameter of the crater is 60 and the depth is 20 meters from which the flame bursts out. You will observe today the fabulous views and admire the spectacular landscapes of this site. After tour you will return to the capital Ashgabat. You will rest the night in the hotel.
Day 3: Flight
In the morning is transfer to airport.
